One step forward...

I got this email from Tyler's 1st Grade Teacher, Mr. Kaegi, today.  To say that I am overjoyed, would be an understatement.

Hi Amanda,

I've tried to call you the past few days at work, but I understand you're busy.  I was simply calling to tell you how WONDERFUL Tyler has been.  He's been patient, caring, funny, and helpful (he just needs to remember to push in his chair!).  I've been mostly impressed with how quickly he has adapted to my strict classroom guidelines.  I'm confident that this will continue and that we can have a successful year together!

I let him know yesterday how proud of him I was and put on the Indiana Jones soundtrack for him during some work time, but I'd still like for you to relay my feelings, and hopefully yours too!

Have a great day!
